What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your Joey Baby purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it’s in brand new condition — unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please reply to your order confirmation email with your reason for return and images of the product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I get my order?
We aim to have all orders processed for dispatch within 24 hours of the next working day after your order is placed. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for standard New Zealand addresses, with rural delivery taking slightly longer.

We offer free shipping New Zealand-wide on all orders $100 and over.
For orders under $100, a flat rate of $10 applies for standard delivery and $15 for rural delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship outside New Zealand at this time.
